CYBEX required a website redesign. Its website accumulated substantial legacy JavaScript code that slowed its performance while hindering sales and conversions. The code impeded proper maintenance and scaling of the platform, limiting the company’s ability to grow and implement new features.
Additionally, the website was running on Drupal 7, which was nearing its end of life at the time. Remaining on the 7th version was not an option, as it would expose the site to security vulnerabilities and make it incompatible with modern technologies in the future.

Our first task was website migration. Given that the website was built on Drupal 7, we decided to upgrade it to Drupal 9, the latest version at the time. However, due to the extensive legacy code, a direct migration of all data to the new environment was not feasible. The legacy code was deeply integrated into the system and would carry over existing performance issues. Therefore, we opted to develop a new website from scratch using Drupal 9.
We successfully eliminated the legacy code and built a well-optimized website that shows green scores in PageSpeed Insights.
To streamline CYBEX’s workflows, we integrated the platform with the ERP system.
It displays real-time product pricing and quantity information, facilitating sales, inventory, and supply chain management.
Additionally, the website was integrated with Nova Post API, enabling customers to select their nearest post office during checkout.
Our team’s efforts resulted in a robust and secure website with smooth performance. By eliminating the legacy JavaScript code and building a new site from scratch on Drupal 9, we ensured an optimized user experience and improved site speed, as evidenced by the green scores in PageSpeed Insights.
The integration with the ERP system and Nova Post API further enhanced operational efficiency, facilitating real-time management of product information and offering customers a streamlined checkout experience.
