Slow service, miscommunication between staff, and difficulties in order management, especially during peak hours, usually lead to longer waiting times, ordering errors, and ultimately to a negative impression of the restaurant experience and significant revenue losses.

AnyforSoft’s main task was to develop an optimal solution that would solve crucial issues:

  • Slow communication between the guest and the staff and forced long waits (menu, order, bill). Nowadays, everything happens fast. A long wait for an order, bill, or waiter’s arrival equals a negative review.
  • Ever-increasing operating costs. In such a highly competitive business, you need to offer something special and cutting-edge to stay on top. Operating costs are always a headache for entrepreneurs, and it’s a double challenge in the volatile restaurant environment.

At the same time, some improvements were also required:

  • Boost service satisfaction and increase the number of repeat customers. Traditional service models often lack personalization and interactivity, so increasing customer retention requires new and special approaches.
  • Ensure maximum visitor safety. The global pandemic has led to the need to reform many of the usual solutions, such as the transition to electronic menus. Safety is one of the most important criteria for evaluating an establishment today.
  • Improve and optimize the menu.

While developing a comprehensive solution, the team took into account the needs of both the owner of the restaurant business and the customers.
