Based on our experience working with thousands of client requests, these service packages are designed to address your current needs and eliminate future problems even before they arise.

 

All the unused hours (up to 10% of the retainer) can be transferred to the next month.

 

  1. Rollover hours may be used for any type of provided service.
  2. Rollover hours may be used only after the bucket of hours for the given month has been exhausted.
  3. Rollover hours cannot be rolled over again for the next month.

The duration also depends on the hours allocated to the process; if there aren't enough hours available to complete onboarding within a given period, it may need to continue into the following month.

No, you don't need a separate support package for each website or app. We can cover all of them under the same retainer. However, depending on the scope, it may require a higher-tier support package.

If you need extra services not included in the provided package, feel free to let us know. 
We can either adjust the current package or provide a custom solution to meet your specific needs.

Yes, you can request AnyforSoft's support and maintenance services without a subscription package, but it will be handled as a one-time project. These services will be billed separately, outside of the support retainer.

There is a short-term commitment when signing up for AnyforSoft's support package, as we charge quarterly (3 months) in advance. However, you're not locked into a long-term contract unless you choose to commit to a 1-year retainer (in this case, we will provide a discount).
