What happens if I use all the hours from the retainer?
In case you use up all hours from the retainer, you can request more hours. Note, however, that they will come with a lower SLA.
Can I cancel or downgrade my subscription once it starts?
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any moment.
How long does it take to onboard these services?
The onboarding timeline varies based on the project’s size. Typically, it can take anywhere from one week to a month. The duration also depends on the hours allocated to the process; if there aren’t enough hours available to complete onboarding within a given period, it may need to continue into the following month.
I have multiple websites/apps that need continuous support solutions. Do I need to take a dedicated support package for each?
No, you don’t need a separate support package for each website or app. We can cover all of them under the same retainer. However, depending on the scope, it may require a higher-tier support package.
What if I need something that is not included in the package?
If you need extra services not included in the provided package, feel free to let us know.
We can either adjust the current package or provide a custom solution to meet your specific needs.
Can I claim AnyforSoft support and maintenance services without having a subscription support package?
Yes, you can request AnyforSoft’s support and maintenance services without a subscription package, but it will be handled as a one-time project. These services will be billed separately, outside of the support retainer.
Do I have any long-term contract obligations when committing to AnyforSoft’s support packages?
There is a short-term commitment when signing up for AnyforSoft’s support package, as we charge quarterly (3 months) in advance. However, you’re not locked into a long-term contract unless you choose to commit to a 1-year retainer (in this case, we will provide a discount).
