No. We can keep the tools that already work for your business and build the assessment experience around them. We can extend your existing platform, integrate with it, or move to Open edX, Moodle, or Drupal if that makes more sense.

Yes. You don’t need to come to us with a complete list of features. We’ll look at your goals, your current process, and your competitors, then recommend the features and experience that will make the biggest difference.
How much does a custom assessment platform cost?
It depends on what you need, but we start with a ~$3K discovery engagement to define the scope and recommend the right approach.
How long does it take to build?
A typical full build takes 5–6 months once the scope is agreed. We can start with a proof of concept in about a month, so you can see the direction before committing to the full build.
Can we keep using our existing tools?
Yes. We can integrate with the tools you already rely on, including your LMS, CRM, scheduling, payments, and communication tools. You don’t have to replace something just because you’re adding a custom platform.
