Required Experience:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, ideally in IT outsourcing or software services.
- Experience in revenue growth, creating and implementing high-level marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and concepts.
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially in the IT outsourcing or enterprise software industry.
- Knowledge of modern marketing tools, methods and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of content marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in leading diverse teams and establishing cross-functional cooperation.
- Expertise in client management strategies to grow and maintain client portfolios.
- Passion for automation and artificial intelligence.
